Art of overcoming 01.12.2016Ksenia Fedorova greeted the winners of the competition among people with disabilities.
Ffamous persons of culture and art, athletes and the leadership of the region visited the festival. The success of 67 contestants was evaluated by the jury in the categories "For an active life position", "For success in creative activity" and "Step to the podium".
The main purpose of this event was the desire of the organisers and guests to support people with disabilities and to prove to society that, even overcoming difficulties, it is possible and necessary to boldly go forward and get recognition.
